Located in Medford, Oregon, Immortal Spirits & Distilling Company is southern Oregon's first single malt whiskey distillery. They specialize in small batch (88 gallon) distillations using a hand crafted potstill forged by the owners.

In fact all of their equipment, and products, are hand crafted with care and attention to detail to produce the subtle flavors found in the most memorable of spirits.

Opened in 2105, the downtown tasting room features a full bar showcasing their products as well as beer, wine, a restaurant, tastings, retail sales and of course a warm and friendly welcome!
