Almost 30 miles long and up to eight miles wide, Upper Klamath Lake is the largest body of freshwater west of the Rockies.
A Bird Watchers paradise - Osprey, Bald Eagle, American White Pelican, several Heron species and a variety of waterfowl can be seen around the lake.

Fishing and boating are available on the lake including the popular Klamath Belle Paddlewheel which provides Lunch and Dinner excursions while passengers enjoy the wonderful vistas and fresh mountain air.

Klamath Falls (17 miles south) is a 20 minute scenic drive along the shore of Klamath Lake.
