Check out some of Oregon's Great Covered Bridges in Lane County!!
One favorite of mine is the Goodpasture Covered Bridge near the town of Vida.
At Christmas they light up the bridge with Christmas lights. What a great Bridge to photograph any time of the season.
In the fall is a great time of year also to get some great shots with all the fall colors, it is like stepping back in time.
Lane county has about 20 covered bridges dating back to the 1920's and several of the Bridges are registered in the National Register of Historical Places and at least fourteen of them are still open to traffic.
So if Covered Bridges are your thing, pack a lunch and head out to Lane County.
