The Little Butte Creek bridge originally spanned Antelope Creek, 10 miles southeast of Eagle Point.
In 1987, the bridge was moved to the city of Eagle Point.
At its new location, new arched openings were cut into each side.
This alteration resulted in the bridge being removed from the National Register of Historic Places.
Since then, the bridge has been re-sided in keeping with theoriginal design.
